Every product at (tenant_name) carries the original manufacturer warranty. Keep the order receipt PDF we send over WhatsApp — it serves as your warranty card.
How to claim warranty
- Message us on WhatsApp at (contact_phone) with your order receipt + a description of the issue
- We dispatch the replacement or refund within 3-5 working days of receiving the faulty unit
- No questions asked for manufacturing defects within the warranty period
